Pozdrav svima treba mi pomoc

Znaci na stranici http://imagetwist.com/ sam skupio 2$ i trazio isplati.....cekao sam 2 dana i nakraju je pisalo da mi je isplata stigla ali kada odem na PayPal racun isplate nema....kontaktirao sam administratora (http://imagetwist.com/) i on mi je odgovorio da sam kao odbio isplatu ali je nisam odbio.....nakon toga se obratim PayPal podrsci i evo sta mi opdgovore pa mozete li mi pomoci?

you have contacted us about receiving payments in Bosnia and 
Herzegovinia to help in implementing this feature for your country.

financial network, we cannot offer a firm date or timetable for 
expansion of specific services. We can promise you that we are working 
hard to enhance our service within the nations where we are offered.

Until this service has been expanded to allow Bosnian and Herzegovinian 
PayPal accounts to receive payments, I would recommend that you receive 
money through a different means such as a cheque, postal order or 
banker's draft.

To see which countries may only send money, go to the PayPal website and
click 'Worldwide' at the bottom of the page. Then choose '190 
countries.' I recommend that you visit this page often to review updates
